March Mid-Month KAL and Easter Eggs

Here is the latest KAL! This one is cute, it's an illusion bunny. I'd never done an illusion cloth before, so this was kind of exciting! It ended just in time too, because we're about to go out of town. This is one of my favorite times of year, except for the pollen. I could do without that.

Last night my brothers and I dyed Easter Eggs. We had fun! I love dying eggs. I don't think I'll ever get too old. :) Here's my entire basket.

Here are my favorites....

My traditional rainbow egg. I make the stripes with rubber bands.

For this one, we put vegetable oil in the dye.

I think this one is my favorite! Rubber bands again.

My "Made by Lindy" logo egg!

I always do some half and half eggs.

Your dishcloth turned out great! I still have to take a picture of mine!

I don't think you ever get too old to dye eggs! I just turned 48 and I'm still looking forward to doing it tomorrow!

You guys are really good at dyeing eggs! I feel very amateurish after seeing your eggs:-) Have a great Easter!

Your cloth looks great! I used "different colors" to say the least so mine is a little strange.

Those eggs are very nifty! I'll have to show them to the grandgals. for sure. :)

Have a fun weekend!

Very cute illusion bunny cloth!

Your Easter eggs are beautiful. Great idea using the rubber bands.

For years we (my boys)always dyed eggs. Now they don't want to any more. We used to have fun though. We would mix food coloring with vinegar and used q-tips to paint the eggs. They were beautiful in a modern art sort of way :)

happy Easter :)

Thank you for showing us your Easter eggs. They are so cute. How clever to use the rubber bands. I love the bunny cloth, too. I am doing mine in purple and light blue. ;)
